Answer inbound calls, schedule service appointments, and dispatch HVAC technicians efficiently
Communicate with customers, technicians, and management to ensure timely service delivery
Manage daily schedules and job assignments using dispatch software
Input and track job information, payments, and work orders in FieldEdge and QuickBooks
Provide outstanding customer service with a professional and friendly attitude
Assist with administrative duties, invoicing, and follow-up communication as needed
2+ years of experience in customer service or dispatching within the HVAC or home services industry
Strong working knowledge of FieldEdge and QuickBooks (preferred)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment
A team player with a positive attitude and high attention to detail
