Uplifting Air is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our growing team!

What You'll Do:

• Answer inbound calls, schedule service appointments, and dispatch HVAC technicians efficiently

• Communicate with customers, technicians, and management to ensure timely service delivery

• Manage daily schedules and job assignments using dispatch software

• Input and track job information, payments, and work orders in FieldEdge and QuickBooks

• Provide outstanding customer service with a professional and friendly attitude

• Assist with administrative duties, invoicing, and follow-up communication as needed

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or dispatching within the HVAC or home services industry

• Strong working knowledge of FieldEdge and QuickBooks (preferred)

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment

• A team player with a positive attitude and high attention to detail
